Kids Academy Days of the Week is a children’s educational song created by the YouTube channel Kids Academy for preschool and kindergarten audiences. The song is known for its bright visuals, colorful elephants, balloons, and a repetitive structure that labels every day as a "fun day." Although intended as a learning tool, it later became notable for being banned on the iDaisy Woo.
Overview
The song introduces all seven days of the week using simple melodies and animated characters. Each day is paired with a colorful elephant performing an activity, though some activities are placed on unusual or humorous days (such as Tuesday basketball or Friday shopping). The repeated phrase "fun day" appears throughout the song.
History
The video was uploaded to YouTube on July 12, 2017 by Kids Academy. It was marketed for children ages 2–6 and labeled as a "Days of the Week song for Kindergarten Kids." Over time, the song became a subject of parody due to its unusual day‑activity pairings and its highly repetitive structure.
Status on the iDaisy Woo
On the iDaisy Woo, the song is banned for all ages. It is classified as a:
- Category 2 violation — maximum 6‑month brig if on Friday part; 1-6 month brig depending on part; specific part brig times are found here.
- Category 2A violation (if played on Friday, not with the Friday part) — 7–11 months brig
- Category 4 violation (if played on Thursday with the Friday part only) - 2 years brig
- Category 4A violation (if played on Thursday at 9 pm - 11:59 PM) - 10 years in brig, $10,000 fine
- Category 4A+ violation (if Friday part was played on a Friday, not on important holidays or near Daisy; Friday part played on Thanksgiving) - brig until next port, 1 month ban, and 1 month now, faster punishment)
- Category 5 violation (if Friday part was played near Daisy on any day of the week, played on Now, Faster day on a actual Friday, played on Daisy Day in a actual Friday, and played on Black Friday)
The ban cites:
- Excessive repetition of the phrase "fun day"
- Incorrect or misleading placement of weekly activities
- Inappropriate Friday scene with suspecting Black Friday shopping
The severity of the penalty on Fridays has become a running joke within the iDaisy Woo ship.
If someone violates this, this attention message will appear in multiple variations:

What is not banned
The bird, from the Wednesday part, is fully allowed and is allowed for reuse. It requires Daisy’s permission to reuse expect when used on the iDaisy Wiki and taking a picture of it anywhere on the iDaisy Woo. The bird is not banned because it is more like Pinkfong-style because it is not an elephant, not Kids Academy.
Reception
Outside of iDaisy Woo, the song remains a typical early‑learning video designed for ages 2-6, but it is best for ages 3-6 and is worse for toddlers because it is too long. Within fan communities, however, its banned status has given it a cult reputation, often referenced in memes or fictional enforcement logs.

Trivia
- The original song can appear in other Days of the week songs, especially if you open it too many times, for example, on PINKFONG’S Days of the week song, of which pinkfong days of the week song is allowed due to no hazards.
